Contracted Groups

You hold a room block and/or airfare for a small deposit for the entire group to lock in rates and hold inventory to ensure availability for your guests

The Perks:

Secured space and guaranteed rates (allows time for guests to decide if they’d like to join)
All guest rates will be the same
Earn large group comps (i.e free rooms, airfare credit, room upgrades, etc)
Very flexible with name changes. Names aren’t required until final payment is due
Small deposit (as little as $50 per person for some resorts)

The Risks:

You need a group deposit to hold the space/rates. Either group leader pays this (you are refunded 100% for any rooms not booked) or all of the guests are ready to apply their own deposit
You must maintain the group minimum to keep the perks and rates (10 rooms typically).

You don’t hold any rooms or air (rates and availability are subject to change). When your guests book, we link them with a promo code to connect everyone a group.

The Perks:

Exclusive promo code for a small group discount on each reservation as long as you maintain 5 + rooms
No Large deposit required to lock in rooms/availability. Guests book when they’d like and pay their own deposit when they are ready to book

The Risks:

No space is being held; the flight and hotel can sell out before your guests book.
Prices aren’t locked in. Rates are subject to the current rate when guests are booking.
Larger deposit required for all guests
If guests cancel, they lose their deposit
Optional travel protection needs to be added and paid at the time of deposit
